La Cave Éclairée was born from a simple desire: to share the bottles that have made a lasting impression on me, the ones you open with pleasure and immediately want others to discover. I taste every cuvée, speak directly with producers, and choose only the wines, champagnes and spirits I would be happy to serve at my own table.

From bottles made for everyday enjoyment to fine cuvées with ageing potential, each one is selected for its quality, character and value. Producers committed to organic and biodynamic farming also hold a prominent place in our range, while one priority remains unchanged: enjoyment in the glass.

My goal with every recommendation remains the same: to help you find the right bottle for every occasion, with clear, jargon-free advice.
