Domaine Albert de Conti

Established in France since 1925, the Conti family, originally from Italy, entered the wine business in 1963 in Saint-Julien d’Eymet, south of Bergerac. Albert planted the first hectares, then his son Francis continued the adventure, managing the vineyards in a cooperative until 1990. That year, he partnered with his cousin Luc at Château Tour des Gendres. In 2022, the story took a new turn: the family vineyard was divided, and Guillaume, Francis’s son, founded Domaine Albert de Conti with his brother Paul and Yann Lecoindre, cellar master. Leading 30 hectares cultivated organically, the trio explores a multitude of styles: from serious and complex cuvées to joyful and festive wines. However, their signature remains unchanged: fruit of great purity and remarkable aromatic precision.Dive into the world of Conti and let yourself be seduced by the authenticity of the South-West !

Albert de Conti: a family estate committed to organic farming

In the heart of the South-West vineyards, the Albert de Conti estate stands out as a modern and dynamic benchmark for organic wines from Bergerac. Here, organic farming is not just a label, but a deeply rooted philosophy: respect for the vine, living soils, preserved biodiversity, and low-intervention winemaking are all part of the approach. Each cuvée expresses the richness and diversity of the Bergerac terroirs, while offering a style marked by fruit purity, aromatic precision, and elegant balance.

In an appellation experiencing a surge of excitement and renewal, Domaine Albert de Conti stands out for its ability to create wines that strike a balance between conviviality and complexity, capable of accompanying both festive occasions and gourmet dining tables. More than just a signature, it is a true identity that emerges here: that of sincere wines, faithful to their land and to the spirit of the Conti family.

A variety of cuvées for every taste

Domaine Albert de Conti delights with a complete and balanced range of wines, covering all three colors (red, white, and rosé) and accurately expressing all the richness of the South-West.

The wines produced are all crafted in pursuit of balance and drinkability.Fans of freshness will be won over by the  white wines of the estate, often dominated by Sauvignon and Sémillon, revealing aromas of citrus, white flowers, and sometimes exotic fruits, all with a lovely tension on the palate. Ideal for an aperitif, seafood, or vegetarian dishes!

As for red wines, there is also a wide variety to discover. Some cuvées reveal great depth, with notes of dark fruits, sweet spices, and an elegant tannic structure, perfectly suited to slow-cooked dishes or grilled meats. Other reds, lighter and juicier, can be served slightly chilled for a friendly and spontaneous experience.

Each wine signed Conti expresses a different facet of the Bergerac appellation, highlighting the work of organic viticulture and the specificities of each plot. The estate does not hesitate to experiment, playing with aging, blending, and natural vinification to offer a variety of profiles, while maintaining the aromatic precision that is their signature.

Whether you are looking for a lively white wine for a summer lunch, a red indulgent for a dinner with friends, or a more exclusive and characterful cuvée to share among enthusiasts, you will find something to spark your curiosity at Albert de Conti! The diversity of the range, the mastery of vinification, and the affordability of the prices make this estate a true reference in the South-West of France.
