You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the goods ordered following delivery by the carrier.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (email, telephone call).
Effects of withdrawal :
In the event that you withdraw from this contract, a return label will be sent to you and must be affixed to your package.
Furthermore, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. This refund will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

This return must be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to be met if you return the item before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Your liability is only engaged with respect to the depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item. In the event that certain products have been opened or consumed, LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE reserves the right to deduct these products from the refund made to the buyer.
