Delivery is free for purchases over €500 for any order delivered in mainland France.
The company LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and the destination country of the goods.
Please note that the delivery times indicated when placing the order on the website are expressed in working days, are estimates, and should be understood as AFTER DISPATCH of the order.
Pick-up point: dispatched within 48h maximum, delivery within 1 to 3 working days in mainland France, Monday to Friday before 6pm.
Standard home delivery : dispatched within 48h maximum for all orders.
-Delivery within 1 to 3 working days for mainland France as well as Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy.
-Delivery within 2 to 5 working days for Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
-Delivery within 3 to 7 working days for Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.
Express home delivery : dispatched within 24h and delivered the next working day, Monday to Friday before 6 PM. Only in mainland France.
On-site pickup : Order available within 24h with pickup possible Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM (5 PM on Fridays).
The carrier is responsible for the integrity of the package during delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the contents of the package upon receipt and to make specific and justified reservations stating the damage, if any, by writing them on the delivery slip or the electronic device provided by the carrier. The customer also has the option to refuse the package if its integrity has not been preserved.
In all cases, the customer must notify the company LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE within 48h maximum after receiving the package by email at maxime@lacave-eclairee.fr ou or by phone at 06.88.20.55.65.
If all the above conditions are met, the company LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE undertakes to offer the customer a credit note or a refund to the affected customer as well as a reshipment of the goods if requested by the customer.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods following delivery by the carrier.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (email, telephone call).
Effects of withdrawal :
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, a return label will be sent to you and must be affixed to your package. In addition, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. This refund will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods in person or send them back to the following address: TO THE ATTENTION OF LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE – SOCIÉTÉ iCAVE - 5 CHEMIN DES MONTQUARTIERS – 92130 ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX. This return must be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to be met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Your liability is only engaged with respect to the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods. In the event that certain products have been opened or consumed, LA CAVE ÉCLAIRÉE reserves the right to deduct these products from the refund made to the buyer.
