The wine : The vintage "L'Éllipse" from the Delobel estate is a big crush and a magnificent value for money. This beautiful Sauvignon can indeed easily be compared to wines produced in other renowned appellations such as Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé (if not surpass them!). A superb aromatic concentration is present in tasting, distilling notes of orange, mango, gooseberry but also citrus and white-fleshed fruits.
