The wine : The cuvée L'Éllipse from Domaine Delobel is a real favorite and an excellent value for money. This beautiful Sauvignon can indeed easily be compared to wines produced in other renowned appellations such as Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé (if not surpass them !). A superb aromatic concentration is present during tasting, delivering notes of orange, mango, gooseberry, but also citrus and white-fleshed fruits. The whole is refined, elegant and deep.
