The brand : Nona Drinks is the creation of Charlotte Matthys, a Belgian entrepreneur and bioscience engineer. Passionate about nature and innovation, she created Nona June in 2019 to offer a non-alcoholic alternative to Gin. This was followed by Nona Spritz in 2022 and then Nona Ginger in 2023. All the recipes in the range are alcohol-free and were created in partnership with the best Belgian sommelier of 2017 as well as several Michelin-starred chefs. The distillation is carried out with a water base and bottling takes place in Ghent, Belgium. Special care is also taken when selecting the different botanicals used in the composition of the products.
