Discover the Haute-Ronze Mosaïque cuvée by Philippe Viet, a delicious Gamay from century-old vines growing on sandy and granitic soils. This bottle offers concentration and structure to the taster: notes of black and red fruits (cherry, blackberry, strawberry), a touch of violet, licorice, as well as a beautiful tannic structure throughout the tasting. A cuvée that can be enjoyed in its youth but will also reward the patient as it offers great aging potential! The estate : At the Philippe Viet estate, everything is done with passion. A former IT consultant, he made a bold career change in 2015 to devote himself to his true passion: wine! Eager to learn from the best, he trained with several renowned winemakers such as Bernard Baudry in the Loire (Chinon), and especially with Éric Janin in Beaujolais. Now based in Villié-Morgon, Philippe cultivates 5 hectares of vines and also purchases grapes from some of his winemaker friends. All his cuvées are produced according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. From AOC Beaujolais-Lantignié to Régnié, including Juliénas and Fleurie, the estate showcases the finest terroirs of Beaujolais for our greatest pleasure.
