Discover the vintage "Haute-Ronze Mosaique" produced by Philippe Viet, a delicious gamay from centennial vines resting on sandy and granitic soils. This bottle offers concentration and structure to the taster : notes of black and red fruits (cherry, blackberry, strawberry), a touch of violet, licorice, as well as a beautiful tannic frame unfold throughout the tasting. A cuvée that can be appreciated in its youth but that will also reward patience thanks to its strong ageing potential.
