The estate : The domaine des Hauts Châssis is a 17-hectare estate located in the heart of the eponymous locality, itself situated in the south of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The terroir here is mainly composed of rolled pebbles and the harvest is always done by hand. The passionate and warm Franck Faugier took over the family estate in 1998 and moved it out of the cooperative system to produce his first vintage in 2003. Since 2017, all wines have been certified organic. These wines express themselves through fruit, spices, and always with freshness and elegance. A still too little-known estate that is well worth discovering!
