The wine : Symphonie is a rosé of great elegance that truly lives up to its name. Indeed, this is a cuvée offering a lot of finesse on tasting:  smooth aromas of citrus and peach are complemented here by elegant floral notes as well as very fine red fruits to create a remarkably pure aromatic profile. Its beautiful texture and a slight saline touch will ultimately win you over with its charms. A true standout favorite !

The estate : The Fayard family purchased the Château Sainte-Marguerite on a whim in 1977: the quality of the plant material, the Mediterranean climate as well as the soils mainly composed of weathered clay and schist were a real favorite for Jean-Pierre Fayard and his wife. At the time, with only 11 hectares, this superb Provençal estate now consists of a heritage of 75 hectares of vines. The Cru Classé of Provence has since come a long way and harbors great ambitions. The completion in March 2020 of a superb brand-new winery is further proof of this. Certified Organic and Vegan, the estate offers a magnificent high-end range that does justice to Provence: rosés, but also reds and whites, live up to the ambitions set by the family.
