The spirit : Immerse yourself in the elegance of french whisky with this delicious Pineau des Charentes Cask Finish from the Hériose brand ! This smooth spirit can be distinguished by its aging of more than two and a half years in old bourbon barrels, completed by a long finish of 18 months in old Pineau des Charentes barrels. The result gives a generous, fruity and spicy aromatic, evoking notes of cinnamon, orange, nuts, vanilla, plum, candied peach, honey as well as a very pleasant "pastry" side. A real pleasure that can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with beautiful fruity desserts!

The brand : Heriose is the very recent creation of the centuries-old and renowned Cognac Boinaud house of which Charles and Rémi represent the 24th generation. Thanks to their magnificent single malts, the two brothers complete their range of cognacs and have the ambition to represent the art of living and French audacity, all   uninhibited. A very high level of standards is nevertheless required: the barley used is 100% French and the two spirits come from double distillation in Charente stills. The barrels are also carefully selected thanks to the house's long expertise and the water used is directly drawn from under the distillery. Newcomers who are still making waves in the world ofwhisky!
