The spirit : Nona Ginger is a delicious alcohol-free drink made from ginger as well as a selection of 11 other botanicals of high quality such as yuzu, mandarin, lime, and verbena. Refreshing and peppery on the palate, with citrus notes and a spicy finish also present. A delicious beverage low in sugar compared to other products in the same category and pairs perfectly with Tonic or sparkling water. Some cocktail ideas :

-Nona Ginger & Tonic: 1/3 Nona Ginger and 2/3 Tonic - same with sparkling water-.

-Nona Ginger & Apple: 3cl Nona Ginger, 10cl apple juice, a dash of lime juice, mint leaves, and crushed ice.

-Nona Ginger Apple & Maple: 5cl Nona Ginger, 6cl apple juice, 1.5cl maple syrup (or agave), 2.5cl lemon juice. To be made in a shaker!

-Nona Ginger Tea : 3cl Nona Ginger, 1cl lemon juice, 10cl hot water, a teaspoon of liquid honey.

-Nona Ginger & Almond: 4.5cl Nona Ginger, 3cl lime juice, 2cl orgeat syrup. To be made in a shaker!

-Nona Ginger & Coffee: 4cl  Nona Ginger, 4cl coffee, 1cl sugar syrup, ice cubes. To be made in a shaker!

-Nona Ginger & Pineapple: 6cl Nona Ginger, 6cl pineapple juice, 2cl lime juice, 1.5cl sugar syrup, a bit of mint and ice cubes.

The brand : Nona Drinks is the creation of Charlotte Matthys, a Belgian entrepreneur and bioscience engineer. Passionate about nature and innovation, she created in 2019 Nona June to offer a non-alcoholic alternative to Gin. This was followed by Nona Spritz in 2022 and then Nona Ginger in 2023. All the recipes in the range are alcohol-free and were created in partnership with the best Belgian sommelier of 2017 as well as several Michelin-starred chefs. The distillation is carried out with a water base and bottling takes place in Ghent, Belgium. Special care is also taken when selecting the different botanicals used in the composition of the products.
