The brand : Launched in 2020 and produced by a small family distillery near Turin, Italy, Italicus is an aperitif bringing the rosolio back into fashion, a highly aromatic Italian distillate with notes of citrus and flowers. All the ingredients are local: the citron comes from Sicily, the bergamot from Calabria, while lavender, gentian, and yellow rose complete the blend. These are first cold-infused to delicately extract the essential oils using a process called "Sfumatura", then blended with a neutral Italian grain alcohol. The whole is bottled in a magnificent sky-blue bottle that will make an impression at your gatherings!
