The wine : The Mittnacht Frères estate offers us here an indulgent and sweet Gewurztraminer that holds a perfect balance. The estate : Located in the village of Hunawihr, between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, the Mittnacht Frères estate spans 11 hectares cultivated with passion by Marc, his wife Paule, and their son André who joined the operation in 2021.The vines have been cultivated biodynamically here since 1999 to produce terroir wines that are true to their environment. The magnificent winemaking work done by the siblings only highlights, year after year, a high-quality plant material and constant attention to the vineyard. Purity, elegance, and petrol notes are the common markers of the Rieslings, while excellent Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir are also cultivated. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed!
