The estate: The house Charles Heidsieck is born in 1851 following the departure of Charles-Camille from the family business (Piper-Heidsieck) in order to create his own structure. Driven by quality, it will notably be one of the great precursors on the American market and will brilliantly develop great sparkling wines with character. The property will remain in the family until the 1960s before passing under the bosom of the Cointreau group in the 1980s. Since 2010, the house has experienced a sublime revival thanks to the Descours family and has probably never been so well. With its own chalk pits and 85 hectares of its own, the brand can continue to aim high.
