The wine: What a delicious wine this Terre de Jonquières vintage is! A real hit in tasting, this magnificent blend based on the Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre grape varieties indeed impresses with its finesse and its elegance. vibrant notes of red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry) mingle here with intense aromas of garrigue, evoking thyme and dried herbs. Other spicy notes (licorice, pepper) can also be detected on the palate, perfectly framed by the silky and controlled tannins of this superb bottle. A great author wine full of freshness and providing magnificent emotions!

The estate: Created in the early 1990s by Jean-Pierre Jullien, the Mas Cal Demoura is today an absolute reference in the very beautiful Languedoc appellation of Terrasses du Larzac. Since 2004, Vincent and Isabelle Goumard have taken over the estate and continued the work undertaken to raise the property to the highest possible quality level. Certified organic in 2013 then biodynamic since 2019, the 16 hectares of the vineyard grow on magnificent limestone terroirs where 11 grape varieties are cultivated. The Mediterranean climate here is perfectly balanced by the fresh air of Larzac and the day-night thermal amplitudes give remarkable balance to the wines produced. These latter indeed display a magnificent finesse and great delicacy from their youth while being cut for aging. You have been warned, great emotions await!
