In tasting, this 100% Syrah impresses with its velvety texture and its sunny charm. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and blackcurrant blend here with spicy notes (pepper, licorice, garrigue) as well as a chocolate touch and a note of black olive. The estate : Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, in Lemps, the young but excellent Domaine Famille De Boel France was founded in 2016 by Nelly France and Arnaud de Boel. Their vineyard spans 11 hectares of biodynamically cultivated vines, located both to the north and south of the region. The dynamic couple creates wines that combine indulgence and complexity, particularly under the AOC Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Saint-Joseph, and Cornas. The grape varieties are diverse, including Syrah, Grenache, Caladoc, Carignan, as well as the essential Marsanne and Roussanne for white wines. A very promising property whose reputation has already been well established in just a few years of existence. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!
