The estate : Located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, the Cheveau estate covers 20 hectares (15 of Chardonnay and 5 of Gamay) spread between Davayé and Saint-Amour. Nicolas, Julien, and Aurélie tend their vines with great care, allowing a precise expression of the terroirs in each of their cuvées. The harvest is done by hand and each plot is vinified separately in demi-muids, foudres, or stainless steel tanks. Additives are kept to a minimum so that each bottle is the truest expression of its origin. A great estate offering excellent wines of consistent quality !
