The estate : Located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, the Cheveau estate spans 20 hectares (15 of Chardonnay and 5 of Gamay) spread between Davayé and Saint-Amour.Nicolas, Julien, and Aurélie manage their vineyards with great care, allowing for a precise expression of the terroirs in each of their cuvées. The harvest is manual, and each plot is vinified separately in demi-muids, foudres, or stainless steel tanks. Additives are minimized to ensure that each bottle is the truest expression of its origin. A great estate offering excellent wines of consistent quality!
