The wine  : Here, the Fattoi family offers us a Brunello di Montalcino leaving an unforgettable memory when tasting. With its 5 years of aging including 3 years in barrels, this delicious Sangiovese proposes an intense aromatic  evolving on aromas of black fruits (plum, fresh blackberry) accompanied by a bunch of spices (licorice, pepper, clove, cinnamon, cocoa, coffee) as well as a very nice oakyness. A perfectly measure tannic structure is present, making this great wine a vintage with long aging potential.

Do not hesitate to open this wonderful bottle a few hours before tasting (especially in its youth) in order to appreciate it at its best. Pairings with red meats, stews and truffle pastas are guaranteed successes here!
