The wine : Another huge favorite from the Serafini & Vidotto estate! This great Italian Pinot Noir completely won us over during the tasting with its elegant and feminine approach. Delicious notes of cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, and violet are present, carried by a velvety texture of great class. The 18 months of barrel aging are fully integrated, bringing a delicate roundness to the whole. The acidity is perfectly balanced and the tannins are smooth, making moderation difficult for enthusiasts. A delight of sapidity with  a lingering finish.
