The estate : Founded in 1999 by Sophie and David Faure,  Château Mille Roses has 9.5 hectares cultivated organically since 2010.Cabernet Sauvignon remains predominant within the estate and is accompanied by Merlot as well as a parcel of Petit Verdot. The aging is carried out in oak barrels and is managed to highlight, rather than overpower, the fruit. The estate’s highly qualitative terroir is mainly composed of gravel and sand. The property also enjoys very prestigious neighbors, as its vines are surrounded by those of Châteaux Giscours and Cantemerle, both Grands Crus Classés.
