The wine: The Fantastic vintage from Château Sainte-Marguerite sure part of the great rosés of Provence! Its body is deliciously suave but perfectly balanced by a beautiful vivacity and its aromatic evolves into a very delicate fruitiness expressing subtle notes of citrus, peach, pear, apricot but also a floral touch with rose and white flowers. A unique bottle that will impress everyone at the table. Sublime, like its setting!

The estate: The family Fayard bought the Château Sainte-Marguerite on impulse in 1977: the quality of the plant material, the Mediterranean climate as well as the soils essentially composed of weathered clay and schist were a real favorite for Jean-Pierre Fayard and his wife. At the time of only 11 hectares, this superb Provençal estate is today made up of a heritage of 75 hectares of vines. This Cru Classé de Provence has since come a long way and has great ambitions. The finalization in March 2020 of a superb brand new winery is proof of this. Certified Organic and Vegan, the property offers a magnificent high-level range that honors Provence: rosés but also reds and whites live up to the ambitions set by the family.
