Collection: Purchase Grenache Noir wines

Find on this page all the wines made entirely or partially from the Grenache noir grape variety. Originally from Spain (probably from Catalonia) where it is called Garnacha or Garnatxa, it crossed the French border in the 15th century and is now widely cultivated  throughout the Mediterranean basin and internationally. It is also very present in the southern Rhône Valley in appellations such as Châteauneuf-du-PapeCôtes-du-Rhône but also in Provence where it is used to produce red wines as well as rosé wines, often blended with Syrah and Cinsault. Finally, it is also very present in the Languedoc-Roussillon, particularly in AOCs like Terrasses du Larzac, Minervois, Pic-Saint-Loup, and Maury where it allows for the creation of exquisite sweet natural wines. On the palate, it is relatively low in tannins, offers a beautiful roundness (it has a high alcohol potential), with aromas of luscious red and black fruits as well as spicy notes.
