The wine : The climate Les Enseignères is one of the most beautiful "village" terroirs of the Puligny-Montrachet appellation, and the Chavy-Chouet estate offers us here a particularly refined and complex. Produced from vines planted on ideally exposed clay-limestone soils, this great white Burgundy wine reveals a remarkable balance between richness and tension. The nose opens with aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruits, accompanied by delicious buttery and toasted notes. On the palate, the attack is precise, carried by an elegant minerality. The estate : Located in the heart of Meursault, the Chavy-Chouet estate is an essential reference in the Côte de Beaune. If viticulture has been a family activity for 7 generations, the estate truly came into being in 2006 under the impetus of Romaric Chavy, bringing together plots from both families (Chavy and Chouet). The vineyard now covers approximately 15 hectares of vines, spread across prestigious appellations such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, and Pommard. This diversity of terroirs allows for the production of a complete range of wines that faithfully reflect the identity of each climate. In the cellar, the work is precise and measured, with perfectly integrated oak barrel aging, aiming to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. The estate's wines are distinguished by their balance, aromatic richness, and great clarity. An essential signature for lovers of great Burgundy wines.
