Sauvignon Blanc

On this page, you will find all the white wines made entirely or partly from the white grape variety Sauvignon. This variety is very prominent in the Loire region, where it is notably used in all the white wines of the AOC Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Menetou-Salon. You will also find this grape variety in the Bordeaux region (Pessac-Léognan and Entre-deux-mers, for example), as well as further south in Bergerac, where it is often blended with Sémillon, Muscadelle, and sometimes its cousin, Sauvignon Gris. Around the world, this grape is found in many countries such as Chile, South Africa, and Australia.The Sauvignon stands out for its highly expressive aromatics, supported by a beautiful acidity  as well as lively aromas evolving towards citrus, boxwood, green apple, and white fruits. It is the ideal partner for fish, seafood, and salads!
