The estate : The estate Michel Redde et Fils is a family-run estate that perfectly embodies the excellence of wines from the Centre-Loire. For several generations, the property has specialized in the production of Sauvignon on the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé AOCs. The 40-hectare vineyard is cultivated using environmentally friendly practices, with a sustainable management approach aimed at preserving biodiversity while producing grapes of the highest quality. The estate's approach is also characterized by meticulous winemaking, aiming to fully express the typicity of the terroir, balancing minerality, freshness, and harmony. Since 2017, Thierry Redde's two sons, Sébastien and Romain, have successfully taken over the management of the estate.
