The estate : The estate Michel Redde et Fils is a family-run estate that perfectly embodies the excellence of Centre-Loire wines. For several generations, the property has specialized in producing Sauvignon on the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé AOCs. The 40-hectare vineyard is cultivated using environmentally friendly practices, with sustainable management aimed at preserving biodiversity while obtaining grapes of the highest quality. The estate’s approach is also marked by meticulous winemaking, aiming to fully express the typicity of the terroir, balancing minerality, freshness, and harmony. Since 2017, Thierry Redde’s two sons, Sébastien and Romain, have brilliantly taken over the reins of the estate.
