AOC Pouilly-Fumé

The Pouilly-Fumé AOC is located in the Centre-Loire and enjoys an international reputation. Spanning 1,400 hectares of clay-limestone terroir, the grape variety Sauvignon (also known as "blanc fumé") reigns supreme here, allowing for the production of mineral-driven white wines, lively, offering aromas of citrus, green apple, white fruits, and even exotic fruits, as is the case with the delicious cuvées from Michel Redde & Fils. A great classic from the Loire region that every wine cellar should have!
