Originally from the Rhône Valley, the latter is now inseparable from its flagship appellation: Condrieu. In fact, it gracefully expresses all its generosity, its velvety texture as well as its brilliant aromatic palette of white and yellow fruits (pear, apricot peach) as well as its bewitching notes floral (hawthorn, acacia). It should also be noted that the latter is also located within the AOC Côte Rôtie (although reserved for red wines) and can enhance up to 20% maximum syrahs produced here. Finally, it is also found on the AOC Château-Grillet (still in the Rhône Valley) as well as as a secondary grape variety on Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in Provence and in Languedoc.
