The Alain Chavy estate covers 10 hectares of vineyards, mainly in the Puligny-Montrachet AOC where Alain owns numerous parcels classified as Premier Cru but also in the Saint-Aubin AOC. The range is of superb quality and the white wines produced are decidedly Great Burgundy Wines: racy, deep cuvées where the terroir and minerality stand out. The aging process is very well balanced, bringing roundness and  complexity without excessively marking the juices. A property small in size but great in quality!
