The Alain Chavy estate covers 10 hectares of vines, mainly on the AOC Puligny-Montrachet where Alain has many parcels classified as Premier Cru but also on theAOC Saint-Aubin . The range is superb and the white wines produced are resolutely Great Burgundy Wines: racy, deep cuvées, where the terroir and minerality stand out. The aging is very well measured bringing roundness and complexity without excessively marking the juices. A domain small in size but big in quality!
