The Arbois AOC is located in the Jura region and covers 850 hectares of vineyards. Renowned for its high-quality terroir and clay-limestone soils, the grape varieties Trousseau, Poulsard (also known as Ploussard), as well as Pinot Noir are used to produce red wines full of fruit and freshness, while Chardonnay and Savagnin create very intense white wines. Finally, straw wines, sparkling wines, and also the sublime yellow wines are also produced in the AOC. Discover this magnificent region through the wines of the excellent Jérôme Arnoux from Cellier des Tiercelines!
