IN CONVERSION TO ORGANIC FARMING
Keywords : Fruity / Concentration / Character
The wine : Here is a beautiful Trousseau perfectly vinified by Jérôme Arnoux, wonderfully illustrating the character of Jura wines! Its elegant pale color instantly catches our eye while charming fruity aromas reach our nose. On the palate, a beautiful concentration is expressed and beautifully scented notes of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) are accompanied by subtle spices (pepper). A cuvée to open as an aperitif with charcuterie or at the table paired with white meat or a selection of cheeses. We are already salivating!

The estate : Jérôme Arnoux is a well-known figure in the Jura region. The native of Montigny-lès-Arsures indeed has over 25 years of winemaking experience. After being the right-hand man of Stéphane Tissot, he managed the Château de Chavannes and then took care of the wines at the Caveau de la Reine Jeanne. A fine resume that only lacked one line: one with his name. This was achieved in 2015, the year he began to cultivate his 17 hectares of vineyards on his own. The conversion to organic farming is underway and only aligns with the principles already ingrained in the work done at the estate: indigenous yeasts, minimal interventionism, etc. The wines produced wonderfully express the richness of the Jura terroirs and Jérôme's exceptional winemaking talent.
