The wine : Here is a cuvée that lives up to its name! This lovely Friandise (or "treat" in english) offered by Jérôme Arnoux is a delicious blend of Pinot noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard that works wonderfully. A real treat with an exceptional drinkability !

The estate : Jérôme Arnoux is a well-known figure within the Jura region. The native of Montigny-lès-Arsures indeed has more than 25 years of winemaking experience. After being the right-hand man of Stéphane Tissot, he managed the Château de Chavannes and then took care of the wines at the Caveau de la Reine Jeanne. A fine resume that only lacked one line: one with his name. This was achieved in 2015, the year he began to cultivate his 17 hectares of vineyards on his own. The conversion to organic farming is underway and only aligns with the principles already ingrained in the work done at the estate: indigenous yeasts, minimal interventionism, etc. The wines produced wonderfully express the richness of the Jura terroirs and Jérôme's exceptional winemaking talent.
