The Cheveau family skillfully manages their 20-hectare vineyard in the heart of the Mâconnais and Pouilly-Fuissé. Nicolas, Julien, and Aurélie are also present in the Beaujolais, particularly in the Saint-Amour AOC. Chardonnay and Gamay are therefore the two grape varieties that the trio cultivates and vinifies with talent to create classy cuvées with great depth. Harvesting at the estate is done manually, and great attention is paid to the biodiversity present in the soils. A safe bet !
