The Cheveau family brilliantly runs its 20-hectare vineyard in the heart of the Mâconnais and Pouilly-Fuissé . Nicolas, Julien and Aurélie are also present in Beaujolais, particularly in AOC Saint-Amour. Chardonnay and Gamay are therefore the two grape varieties that the trio cultivates and vinifies with talent in order to create classy cuvées with a lot of depth. Harvesting at the estate is manual and great attention is paid to the biodiversity present in the soil. A safe bet !
