Produced by the family-owned Cognac house Boinaud, this delicious single malt is aged in former bourbon casks, creating a spirit of superb indulgence. Pastry aromas (vanilla, brioche) and cereal notes are carried by a creamy texture and blend with beautiful fruity notes evolving towards pear and peach. The brand : Hériose is the latest creation from the centuries-old and renowned Cognac house Boinaud, whose Charles and Rémi represent the 24th generation. Thanks to their magnificent whiskys single malts, the two brothers thus complete their range of cognacs and aim to represent the French art of living and boldness, all  with ease. However, a very high level of quality is required: the barley used is 100% French and both spirits are the result of double distillation in Charentais stills. The casks are also meticulously selected thanks to the house's long-standing expertise, and the water used is drawn directly from beneath the distillery.
