Mas du Novi

Le Mas du Novi is a flagship wine estate of the Grés de Montpellier AOC  located in Languedoc-Roussillon. Nestled on the heights of Montagnac, near Pézenas, the property is managed by Thierry Thomas and benefits from an exceptional terroir combining  clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate ideal for vine cultivation. The vineyard covers 42 hectares cultivated using  organic farming methods and is mainly planted with grape varieties typical of the region such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan for reds, as well as Chardonnay and Viognier for whites. The estate's wines are renowned for their complexity, elegance, and authenticity.A sure value from the region!
