Nestled on the heights of Montagnac, near Pézenas, the property is managed by Thierry Thomas and benefits from an exceptional terroir combining  clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate ideal for vine cultivation. The vineyard spans 42 hectares cultivated in  organic farming and planted mainly with grape varieties typical of the region such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan for reds, as well as Chardonnay and Viognier for whites. The wines from the estate are renowned for their complexity, elegance, and authenticity.
