The AOC Terrasses du Larzac is a young appellation created in 2014 and located north of Montpellier. It covers nearly 2,000 hectares and exclusively produces red wines based on the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, which can be complemented by Carignan and Cinsault. The region experiences significant temperature variations between day and night, allowing for a lot of freshness in the wines despite the Mediterranean climate. From a terroir perspective, the soils of Terrasses du Larzac are quite varied, ranging between schist, sandstone, and  limestone. Discover this amazing area of Languedoc and its intoxicating cuvées!
