Purchase wines La Chouette du Chai

Sylvie Guiraudon created this beautiful estate located in the AOC Pic-Saint-Loup in 2006. The owl being her totem animal, the name La Chouette du Chai was quickly found. The 17 hectares cultivated organically are managed brilliantly and spread over two areas between 200m and 320m in altitude. In tasting, it's a real revelation: the wines are deep, rich, aromatic, spicy, and perfectly balanced. With each tasting, it's a real pleasure to dive back in, and the cuvées produced confirm that Pic-Saint-Loup is definitely one of the most beautiful appellations in the Languedoc region (and in France!)
