Riesling

On this page, you will find all the white wines made from Riesling, an iconic  variety of Alsace. This grape variety actually represents 20% of the local vineyards and is also very widespread in Germany, especially along the Rhine. A noble grape variety par excellence, its aromatic palette can be very diverse, but you will often find a beautiful mineral structure in the wines, accompanied by notes of green apple, citrus, honey, peach, apricot, and sometimes even petroleum or hydrocarbon notes (and it’s wonderful)! While the variety is mainly vinified as a dry wine, there are also sweet or luscious Rieslings from late harvests or  selection of noble berries.Please note that thanks to its natural acidity, long aging is often possible with fine Rieslings!
