Purchase AOC Chablis wines

The AOC Chablis is the largest appellation in Burgundy. It indeed covers 4,150 hectares, of which about 800 are classified as Premier Cru (Vaucoupins, Montée de Tonnerre, etc.) and 100 hectares as Grand Cru, including the famous Grenouilles or Vaudésir. The soils in the area are particularly calcareous and the climate here is continental. The chardonnay is the only grape variety allowed. The white wines produced are particularly characterized by mineral aromas and a beautiful acidity. The finest plots offer cuvées with more roundness and depth.
