The Chazallon family has been at the head since the early 1990s of the Château de la Selve, a property located in the middle of the Ardèche. In 2002, Benoît Chazallon launched the wine-growing activity of the estate with his wife and followed the precepts of organic and biodynamic farming from the start. At the head of 44 hectares, the couple today produces spirited wines and are very attached to preserving freshness in their cuvées. The cuvée Petite Selve presented here and composed of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah is the perfect embodiment of this.
