The estate: If the Château de la Selve has a long history dating from the 13th century, it has belonged to the Chazallon family since the early 1990s. In 2002, the son of the family, Benoît, decided to create a winery. As soon as they arrive, they practice organic and biodynamic cultivation there in order to respect the limestone soils and the surrounding lands scented with scrubland. Today with 44 hectares, the estate's grape varieties are made up of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Viognier. A little-known gem to discover!
