Buy AOC Côtes-de-Provence wines

The AOC Côtes-de-Provence is THE great Provence appellation. Extending over 20,000 hectares and over 3 departments (Var, Bouches-du-Rhône and Alpes-Maritimes), the vast majority of the wines produced here are rosés (92%), but the reds and whites (4% each) are definitely worth it when done right. The geology of the region is varied but evolves mainly on a clay-limestone bedrock although some areas are more schistose and crystalline. The vineyard enjoys significant sunshine and is cooled by the mistral. The Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Tibouren grape varieties make up the essential to the production of rosé and red. On the white side, Rolle, Clairette, Ugni blanc and Sémillon are the varieties main. Discover here a selection of estates, selected with great care for the high quality of their wines!
