Wine: Cuvée Confidential from Domaine Figuière is quite simply a great red wine from Provence. Its powerful aromatic indeed combines aromas of ripe black fruits (cherry, blackberry, plum) with delicious notes of roasted almonds and cocoa as well as intense spicy notes (pepper, liquorice, garrigue). A high level of complexity therefore emerges from the whole, buildinga rich and harmonious cuvée for laying down to resolutely pair with red meat . A high-flying Provençal delight!

The Domain: If the Combard family is originally from Burgundy, it is Provence that reveals since 1992 the talents of winegrower and winemaker of the siblings. It was indeed at this time that Alain Combard fell in love with the 18 hectares of Domaine Saint André de Figuière which he then decided to buy with a vision: to create great terroir rosés. His children Magali, Delphine and François have since taken over but the same vision is present. Dnow at the head of 87 hectares cultivated in organic farming, the brother and sisters beautifully reveal the schistous terroir of La Londe as well as the clay-limestone soils of their properties. The cuvées made in rosé, white and red cover all desires: from the "small wine" of pleasure perfectly made to great wines for laying down and gastronomy, you are sure to find what you are looking for at the domain Fig Tree!
