La Cave Éclairée : the origins
As native of the Paris region, nothing predestined me to work in the world of wines and spirits. However, through exchanges, meetings, tastings and curiosity, the passion that inhabited me became obvious. I decided to train at the School of Wines and Spirits of Paris with one goal in mind : to make my passion my profession.
In 2021, the journey begins with an insatiable need to introduce as many people as possible to quality wines, champagnes and spirits. Very naturally, organic and biodynamic wines become of great importance in the assortment.
Nevertheless, beyond a simple certification, the vintages proposed by La Cave Éclairée are above all selected with rigor and passion, from the simple yet very pleasant session wine below €10 to the Grand Cru of Bordeaux which can reach high prices. Quality therefore remains the key word and is never sacrificed.
