Wine: With Confidential , the Combard family offers us a great gourmet rosé that impresses. Evolving on a creamy substance, here is a cuvée made for the table and expressing a high level of refinement. Aromas of peach, apricot, strawberry and ripe citrus fruits mingle with a saline undertone directly evoking the schist soil of Domaine Figuière. A joyful fleshy vinosity is expressed in this beautiful bottle which will be paired with shellfish and fish of choice or with white meats. Sublime!

The Domain: If the Combard family is originally from Burgundy, it is Provence that reveals since 1992 the talents of winegrower and winemaker of the siblings. It was indeed at this time that Alain Combard fell in love with the 18 hectares of Domaine Saint André de Figuière which he then decided to buy with a vision: to create great terroir rosés. His children Magali, Delphine and François have since taken over but the same vision is present. Dnow at the head of 87 hectares cultivated in organic farming, the brother and sisters beautifully reveal the schistous terroir of La Londe as well as the clay-limestone soils of their properties. The cuvées made in rosé, white and red cover all desires: from the "small wine" of pleasure perfectly made to great wines for laying down and gastronomy, you are sure to find what you are looking for at the domain.
