The wine: With only 4,000 bottles each vintage, this Fantastic cuvée from Château Sainte-Marguerite represents the elite of Provençal whites. Aged for 12 months in new barrels, this 100% Vermentino (or Rolle) indeed combines aromatic richness and finesse. Its magnificent case is perfectly representative of all its elegance, embodied during the tasting by delicious and gourmet aromas of butter, vanilla as well as a great material. The whole is of great purity and ends in a grande length. A great wine that will leave you with an unforgettable memory!

The Estate: The Family Fayard bought the Château Sainte-Marguerite on a whim in 1977: the quality of the plant material, the Mediterranean climate as well as the soils essentially composed of altered clay and shale were a real crush on Jean-Pierre Fayard and his wife. At the time of only 11 hectares, this superb Provençal estate today consists of a heritage of 75 hectares of vines. This Cru Classé de Provence has since come a long way and has great ambitions. The completion in March 2020 of a superb brand new cellar is proof of this. Certified Organic and Vegan, the property offers a magnificent high-level range that does honor to Provence: rosés but also reds and whites are up to the ambitions set by the family.
