Its pure and digestible fruit develops into juicy and delicious notes of strawberry and citrus fruits underlined by a pretty mineral frame saline bringing a nice vivacity in the mouth. The Domain: Situated in the town of Pradet on the edge of the Provençal coast, the Domaine de la Navicelle has 21 hectares certified organic since 2014. The soils here are mainly clay-limestone but also composed of sandstone and shale. Alice & Romain have been at the helm of the property since 2019 and produce some very fine cuvées in all colors, although rosés make up the majority of production. A quality exploitation honoring Provence!
