The wines of Christophe Pacalet captivate with their aromatic purity and their ability to provide immediate pleasure. Designed to be accessible while remaining true to their terroir, they perfectly embody the spirit of the great wines of Beaujolais: generous, precise and fruity.
The red wines from Domaine Pacalet often display a bright ruby color, with aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry, redcurrant), sometimes accompanied by floral notes or slightly spicy and woody hints depending on the cuvées and appellations.
