Founded in 2001 by Olivier Waris and his wife Stéphanie, the champagne house Waris-Hubert is located in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. With a magnificent vineyard of 18 hectares planted mainly in Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages, the family cultivates Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties with great finesse.
