The estate : Created in 2001 by Olivier Waris and his wife Stéphanie, the Waris-Hubert Champagne estate is located in the village of Avize, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. The vineyard now covers 18 hectares, mostly planted within Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages such as Avize, Cramant, and Oger.
